This training is for people that are able to talk to residents for 10-15 minutes about changes they need to make in their behaviour or key decisions. These conversations might be related to their lifestyles, health or specific decisions like vaccination.
This is an hour long online session for anyone that talks to people about the cost of living crisis and related issues. They could be frontline workers, volunteers or simply people that are happy to help.
Working within the Make Every Contact Count (MECC) approach, it builds confidence, knowledge and skills required for good conversations.
